Upgrade to our Premium Letting service for more thorough support throughout the tenancy and add on our dedicated Property Management service for a completely a hassle-free let.
Letting

Renewal and subsequent terms at 6%: £1,500 x 12 months = £18,000 x 6% = £1,080 (incl. VAT)
